Jr. AI Engineer Role

Role Overview

An AI + Engineering role. Build models and AI systems (document processing, truck tracking, and more), plus full-stack software for USA and Australia clients. Freshers to 2 years. Hyderabad / Hybrid. ₹4–6 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and ship models for applied problems such as document processing, truck tracking and logistics, and similar client use cases, not only LLM integrations.
• Build and ship AI features such as retrieval pipelines, model serving, and tooling that makes those systems reliable in production.
• Contribute to full-stack engineering: product UI, APIs, data, and the glue that holds client systems together.
• Support USA and Australia client projects with clear communication and overlapping hours.
• Write clear, maintainable code with tests; participate in code review and iterate based on feedback.
• Debug issues end-to-end, from model output to UI to API to data, and document what you learn so the team can move faster.
• Collaborate with product and client stakeholders to turn operational needs into working software.

Requirements

• Minimum eligibility: freshers coming out of college, through to candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Comfort with Git, web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, HTML/CSS), and at least one modern full-stack stack (e.g. React, Node, or a Python web stack).
• Genuine interest in AI/ML.
• A GitHub, portfolio, or LinkedIn that shows work you have actually built.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Willing to work overlapping hours with USA and Australia time zones.
• Based in, or willing to work from, Hyderabad in hybrid mode.
