Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring our applications are running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust DevOps solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring efficient deployment, scaling, and management of services.
• Create pipelines and integrate them with Jenkins for seamless CI/CD processes, enabling smooth Kubernetes and Azure cloud deployments across multiple services.
• Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in both Linux and Windows operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability across different environments.
• Knowledge in Cloud Cost control and Cost reduction initiatives
• Knowledge in Secure Infrastructure management & Configuring and managing cloud networking settings, including security configurations, routing, NAT, VNet, peering, VPN, and tunnels, to maintain a secure and reliable infrastructure.
• Utilize Azure cloud services effectively, leveraging a minimum of 4 years of experience to architect and implement solutions that align with business requirements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various Azure services, ensuring the ability to select and utilize appropriate services for specific project needs.
• Utilize programming or scripting languages, including YAML, Shell script, Groovy, and Python, to automate processes, enhance system efficiency, and facilitate seamless integration.
• Utilize Git for branch creation, merging, and access control management, ensuring a streamlined and collaborative development workflow.
• Utilize time series databases such as InfluxDB and PostgresDB, managing configurations, ensuring database maintenance, and performing backup and restoration tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Ability to work in-person.
