Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

Kamakhya Analytics Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore on a hybrid work basis. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated web applications that are rich in data visualization and analytics, creating intuitive interfaces that simplify complex data insights for end-users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks, primarily React.js.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces with attention to detail in spacing, alignment, contrast, and typography.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate with backend APIs, manage data fetching, handle errors gracefully, and optimize data-heavy visualization views.
• Implement best practices for performance optimization, accessibility standards, security measures, and SEO compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot frontend performance issues, implementing solutions to improve load times and responsiveness.
• Leverage AI tools within the development process to accelerate delivery cycles while maintaining high code quality.
• Collaborate effectively with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate ongoing development and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox and Grid), ES6+ JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React.js, including functional components, hooks, and context API.
• Experience with state management tools like Redux, as well as asynchronous data-fetching techniques.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and package managers like npm or yarn.
• Keen eye for UI/UX design, emphasizing usability and aesthetics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and version control expertise with Git/GitHub.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into the development workflow.
• Experience in creating dashboards or working with visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3, or Chart.js is an advantage.
