Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on AI integration and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for building full-stack architectures, designing APIs, and managing databases while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and prompt engineering to drive development efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack architectures and API designs.
• Manage and design database schemas using both SQL and NoSQL solutions.
• Utilize prompt engineering and coding agents to accelerate development, ensuring high-quality code through rigorous review.
• Implement and evaluate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Develop multi-step agentic workflows involving tool-calling and orchestration.
• Manage deployment and orchestration on on-prem infrastructure using Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in backend development using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• 2-4 years of experience in frontend development using React and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector or Chroma.
• Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning).
• Hands-on experience with multi-step agentic workflows.
• Exposure to AI-driven test automation.
• Knowledge of cost-aware engineering on on-prem infrastructure.
