Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Soft Toy Designer to develop new soft toy concepts, characters, and samples. The role involves working with the Product Development and Sampling teams to bring imaginative designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop new soft toy concepts, characters, and physical samples.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Sampling teams.
- Manage fabric selection, pattern making, and stitching processes.
- Oversee construction and finishing to ensure production-ready quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in soft toy or plush product design.
- Strong understanding of fabric types and textile properties.
- Ability to translate sketches into physical patterns and prototypes.
- Knowledge of stitching and toy construction techniques.
