Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking high-caliber professionals for International Voice and Financial Backend processes. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service quality, ensure operational compliance, and maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- International Voice Process: Manage inbound/outbound international customer queries via phone, provide effective resolution within defined SLA parameters, maintain high CSAT scores, and escalate complex issues to tier-2 support.
- Backend Process (Banking/Finance): Process back-office customer documentation, transactions, and requests; conduct data verification and quality audits; resolve written inquiries; and ensure strict adherence to audit, privacy, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Voice Track: Any Graduate with 1+ years of mandatory experience in an International Voice process.
- Backend Track: B.Com / BBA Graduates ONLY with 1+ years experience in Banking, Finance, or CS Backend.
- Must be flexible to work out of Gurugram office and open to rotational shifts.
