Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Relations AI is an omnichannel conversational AI Platform for businesses. As our first full-time engineering hire for the voice AI platform, you will own the platform layer, working directly with the founder and founding AI engineer. You will focus on the dashboard, analytics, agent configuration, usage metering, database, deployment, and infrastructure, with roughly 70-80% building and 20-30% client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features on the voice platform including analytics, call history, agent configuration, prompt management, and client dashboards
• Integrate and debug third-party APIs, webhooks, and telephony providers
• Own the database schema, deployments, CI/CD, and production infrastructure
• Build vendor integrations behind a clean internal abstraction
• Onboard new clients end to end, from account setup to first live call
• Handle technical support by diagnosing and tracing call failures through the stack
• Build workflows using the no-code flow builder on the existing chat platform

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech degree
• Experience with Python and FastAPI (async, REST APIs, webhooks, background jobs)
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL in production, including schema design and queries
• Ability to build and modify UI using React or Next.js
• Experience with Docker and cloud deployment, ideally AWS
• Proven track record of taking at least one service to production
• Strong third-party API integration skills (auth flows, webhook handling, debugging)
• Fluent English and Hindi for client-facing communication

Nice to Have

• CPaaS, telephony, or messaging platform experience
• Experience with voice AI or chatbot platforms
• Multi-tenant SaaS, usage metering, or billing systems
• Familiarity with realtime audio concepts
