Role Overview
A dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office and mainly to manage and optimize the LinkedIn profile of our Team / Executive. This role will involve curating content, monitoring activity, and ensuring the LinkedIn profile aligns with our brand and professional goals. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Distribute pamphlets
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Assist other departments or team members with administrative tasks & documentation.
- Assist in coordinating office activities, including meetings, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet browsing, and LinkedIn platform.
