Role Overview
The AGM-UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating B2C/B2B digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working within a continuous improvement model, the incumbent will collaborate with tech, product, design, analytics, and business teams to build intuitive, memorable, and scalable experiences, focusing on squad deliverables and the design chapter.
Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and user psychology through primary and secondary research
- Conduct concept and usability testing to gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define interaction models and evaluate their success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes centered around customer needs
- Solve UX problems regarding usability, findability, and human experience
- Collaborate with UI designers to implement high-craftsmanship designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor products and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer; research experience is a significant advantage
- Strong portfolio of design projects (Consumer, Enterprise, Trade, or Retail)
- Background in project management and research
- Proficiency in interaction design and information architecture
- Engineering degree with 2-3 years of work experience; MBA or Masters preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with a strong interest in business
