Role Overview
The DevOps & Cloud Engineer role involves working on innovative financial technology projects that combine domain expertise with cutting-edge tools. This role offers hands-on experience building real-world systems through project-based work in a FinTech startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a production-grade, zero-downtime CI/CD pipeline architecture including blue-green and canary deployment strategies.
- Design and deliver a complete multi-region disaster recovery architecture.
- Design, build, and deliver a comprehensive Infrastructure Cost Optimisation and FinOps Framework.
- Design and deliver a production-grade, security-hardened Kubernetes platform implementing zero-trust network policies and HashiCorp Vault.
Requirements
- Students enrolled in High School, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or MBA programs, or fresh graduates from any field.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps principles.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, RBI IT Framework, or SOC 2.
- Interest in FinOps, disaster recovery architecture, and platform reliability engineering.
